I am a children’s book illustrator and author.

I love to create my illustrations with dip pens, watercolours and soluble graphite. I like bold but carefully chosen colours, and my work, however fantastical, is always rooted in everyday observations.

I am excited to illustrate both fiction and non fiction written by other people as well as creating my own stories.

My first book ‘No Longer Alone’ written by Joseph Coelho was published by Egmont in June 2019.  I have also illustrated ‘Bloom’ written by Anne Booth, which was published by Tiny Owl in April 2020.

September 2021 will see my debut as author/illustrator – ‘Close Your Eyes’ – published by Boxer Books.

There are lots more books coming which I can’t wait to be able to tell you all about!

I graduated from the MA in Children’s Book Illustration at Anglia Ruskin in 2019 with a distinction, having previously trained in theatre design at Wimbledon School of Art. I worked as a set, costume and puppet designer/maker for a decade, now I am excited to begin a new journey in illustration.

I was shortlisted for the Batsford prize 2018 and the Searle award for creativity in 2019, and I am represented by Elizabeth Roy literary agency – elizabethroy.co.uk
